Making a Purchase

Making a purchase couldn't be easier with Alpha Guitars. Simply browse through our products using the links on the left and click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the items you want to buy. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on "View Cart Details". When you are ready, click on "Check Out" to complete your order, select your payment method and make payment.

You can order on-line through our web site, by telephone or via e-mail.

Online: To order via the website, browse the site and click the "Add to Cart" button on the items you wish to purchase which will place them in your personal shopping cart. Finalise your order by clicking on "Check Out" and entering your delivery and payment details. We operate a secure site and accept all major UK Debit and Credit Cards via our payments provider, PayPal. We also accept personal cheques.

Telephone: You can place your order by telephone on 07980 423 452. Just supply us with an email address and we will invoice you via PayPal, or you can send payment by cheque.

Email: To place an order via e-mail, simply send your requirements to sales@alphaguitars.co.uk and we will invoice you via PayPal, or you can send payment by cheque.

Your order will be confirmed by e-mail and will be posted as soon as payment has been received and cleared.

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for online and email orders and from 10:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday and 10:00-16:30 Saturdays for telephone orders. Our shop at Hatton Country World is open every day from 10 am to 5 pm (4 pm in winter), except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
