Yorkville XM100C Bass Combo
The XM100 is Yorkville's most affordable single
15" speaker bass combo amplifier. Delivering 100 Watts of clean power, its
specially tuned compact enclosure yields amazing sound for players who demand
the best in value and portability.
The XM100 is the first amplifier in the
series to have the additional Scoop control. The XM100 Scoop is a user
controlled tone shift that adds additional bottom end, increased high end
presence and a notch in the midrange that creates a whole new tone palette for
the bassist.
Unlike the 'Contour' button we have used on select
bass amps in the past, (basically a contour on/off switch) the scoop control
allows the player to control the overall depth of the effect.
A selectable
pre or post EQ XLR direct output, high or low inputs and an effects loop have
been added to the XM100 this time out.
The XM100 has an additional pair of
RCA input jacks for CD or line input, and a speaker defeating headphone jack
output to make this the perfect higher powered practice companion.
The
XM100 is manufactured in a black ozite (carpet) finish for artists that prefer
our rugged and reliable traditional cabinet covering.

WAV amplifiers are designed to offer vibrant new
sounds as well as nail the classic tones that players depend on daily. Not a
modeling amp, the WAV builds on its all-analog circuitry and multiple preamps
to provide a wide variety of stunning sounds -- from rich, sparkling clean
tones with tons of headroom to grinding waves of distorted bliss and everything
in-between. In the amp's Tube Driven Lead Channel, the four preamp
configurations are Clean, Classic, Crunch and WAV, with WAV offering a
massively intense lead tone. A Boost option, duplicated on the WAV's Foot
Controller, bumps up the volume to make guitar solos stand out in the mix. The
WAV Rhythm Channel offers two selectable flavors: one serves well-rounded,
classic "fat" tone while the second offers a breathtaking, sparkling sound with
enhanced lows and highs. The WAV Effects Section provides a full spectrum of
studio-quality digital effects that are categorized into three groups: Reverbs,
Delays, and Modulation. Each category features 15 selections ranging from
classic hall reverbs to rotating speaker sounds, lush Chorus and spacey Flanger
effects. For performance flexibility, the WAV amplifier can store four unique
effect scenarios for each of its channels (Tube Driven Lead, Lead with Boost,
and Rhythm). These effect settings are then activated as the player changes
channels, either using the WAV's Foot Controller - included with the amp -
or via the amp's control panel.
